Side-mounted eccentric half ball valve working principle:
Side-mounted eccentric half ball valve drives the valve shaft to rotate 90° with the help of the driving mechanism. At this time, the eccentric valve disc (hemisphere) fixed on the valve shaft rotates 90° synchronously. Clockwise rotation, eccentric valve disc into the seat, under the eccentric action to form a wedge mechanism. The disc gradually presses down on the seat to achieve seal and close the valve. When rotating counterclockwise, the eccentric disc is quickly removed from the seat, and the valve is fully open when rotating 90°. Scope of application: This series of valves is suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, textile, paper making, water conservancy and other departments in the low pressure pipeline system, but also suitable for sewage treatment, steam, air, gas, sand slurry, pulp and other weak dirty fluid media transmission and interception, throttling.
